I think your totally off base on Pollard. I think he can become our Zetcher,that is give you that big call when you need it and the game is on the line. I can't remember what game but I remember one home game, and Brad was going to get T'd up by another ref, and Pollard ran over and got in Brad's face which kept him from getting the T from the other ref. Roy your just pissed that Pollard called a couple of ticky tac fould on Kevin in the shootout. Compared to what I saw in the A-10 Pollard is the Eddie Hightower of the league.

I agree with Iggy and Box but I think what we are short are 2 buy games that don't have 200+ RPI's.

I was told three weeks ago by someone in the athletic dept. that we still needed 2 games.

The Friday before Xmas is a great time for a game. A lot of out of town college kids will be home looking for something to do. I'm looking for a huge crowd and a great atmosphere.

I hate to agree with you V but I think Danny Brown is our wild card. I'm looking for him to have a break-out year and could end up being a leading scorer. I will be surprised if he doesn't start the season at the SF position. He'll win the job in the pre season.{like last year} If he produces it will make us a better team then some of the other options, like Luke. I'm betting he'll produce.

I think the no JUCO route is the wave of the future. By the fact that we won't accept PE credits a lot of the Juco world is eliminated, or at least it makes admittance more difficult. I would like to see our ace in the hole become the prep market to fill those spots we can't fill under normal recruiting.

I think Monroe had the best hops of any Billiken ever. God would I love to see us run a back pick for Brown or Tommie but Brad just doesn't run set plays. Grawer was great at setting up Monroe for the jam once or twice per game.

It will be interesting to see how this guy does. I think he will be a great pro.

I don't totally agree. There were a few games that JJ play well and his minutes were still limited. He only played extended minutes when Brad had no other choice either by the size of the other teams 4 ,or foul trouble. Brad just doesn't trust JJ and thats probably not going to change.And yes maybe JJ hasn't done anything to gain that trust. In any event it's sad because I think he has the ability.

Maybe it's the Rick Ankiel syndrome, but it's frustrating that the second best arm in the system made his 3rd start last night.

Look at the upside to this. Ian is the best center in the A-10 with all of these bad athletic traits,think what he could be if he is serious at improving his athleticism. Maybe the camps will be a wake up call for him. Lets hope he is serious about his offseason.

I would hope that someone does talk to professors about how the players are doing and keeping them eligible. When you recruit a kid you owe him support to get that degree. Legally.

We are not playing Iowa next year.
