I'm not sure I agree with your statement. While we don't have a Mike Hampton contract we certainly tied up a lot of money in Molder,Carpenter and Edmonds.

I was listening to some baseball show and they calculated that we had 30 mill. coming off contract. This does not take into account that Rick Ankiel can go to arbitration and that will cost many millions. I believe Carp and Wainwright both bump up a few mill. No matter how you clculate it they will have over 20 million to spend, plus the money they didn't spend this year. Let's hope Mo spends it well.

I was listening to 1380 on my way home last night and BM said that he had gotten a phone call from Majerus wanting to know if Bernie was going to Ram's camp. I saw in the Metro section of the Post that Larry is having a camp at the rec center Aug. 4-8. Quentin Richardson and Darius Miles will participate. The seats that were taken were all tagged. As soon as you picked your seats were marked. They take your info ,put it in a computer,give you a copy and your gone. I'll say it again, it was well done.

Roy you will be fine. You will be closer to the floor then you were at Scott. The sections near the band were pretty open. Lots of blue seats were open for the big spenders. I thought it was very well run. They even had a free bar while you waited to go in.
