Clock,first of all I voted for Grawer as my coach,but Rich has been honored by the University. He was put in the Billiken Hall of Fame many years ago.Like many others Harry was the one I don't understand. He was in my top five and the top five of several friends who voted. Hard to understand.

Here's my conspiracy theory. Coaches hear that Jolly and Miles are unhappy with their playing time and are thinking about transferring. Coaches say maybe we don't want to lose these guys. Let's give them some time and see what they can do. They did OK.

Hey being a coach is not easy. You have a team that can't rebound. You have a player who can rebound but turns the ball over almost every time he touches it. What do you do? Well if I'm the coach I still play the rebounder and try to coach away the turnovers.

MY played 38 minutes last night. That's pretty close to not coming out of the game.

Looked pretty open to me at about the 7 second mark. At least open enough to jack up a shot. Time and score. This team is not very good at it except MY.

I can't imagine Roy is a Billiken fan. Going to a basketball game makes me think more highly of him.

Why does everyone think Mike is a 3 point shooter? He was quoted in the paper saying he scored most of his point in highschool shooting layups . Can he make an open 3 ? Yes,but I don't see him filling it up.

If you look at the box score it was our sophomores who killed us. 0 for 11 from the floor. Regie did make his free throws and 5 rebounds. To bad he can't shoot.

I don't get it. I'm not Billikan. It's not all roses , but long time supporters dropping tickets because we play too many cup cakes. Could the schedule be better? Sure. If you care enough to spend time on this board I would hope you care enough to support the program.

I assume you are a Billiken fan or you wouldn't be on this board. Right? I would question your fandom if you drop tickets because we don't play a racetrack or the 4th best team in the state of Kentucky. If we had a big name game with a Notre Dame type would you have tickets?

The 5,173 people who went to that game went because they are season ticket holders. No one is arguing that we are a good team but I believe we can be better then most people do. It still is better to tell the casual fan that we have a winning record. They don't know a Pan Am from a Belmont. When they list A10 standing do you want to be on the bottom after playing a bunch of top 50 schools with a bunch of babies. I think the coaching staff scheduled ok for this team.

Disagree. It's all about perception. Easier to recruit,sell tickets,sell yourself to the big east etc. The casual fan only cares about record not who you beat or lost to.

I think having a winning record is important for every part of the program.

MR. Minutes have to be cut somwhere. His offense is pretty much a one trick pony,drive the middle,jump into the defender and get fouled. I love his quickness but he needs to expand his game. Who's your backup point? Miles or Marcus? IMO the reason we are playing better is the rotation is being cut, and we will be better the more it's cut.

I don't think this board gives Roby enough credit for the defense he plays. I concentrated on watching his on the ball defense yesterday and it was very good. I'm sure Crews is not playing him because of his offense. I would reverse that arrow .I thought he was solid yesterday.

We don't know how good next years team could be. I think there is enough talent that a trip to the tournament is possible. I'm saving my southwest miles for that trip.

wow! You thought Manning defended the pick and roll. We saw different games. What he did do was clog up the middle at the end.

I do agree the offensive seemed to run better when Crawford was in the game but believe it was addition by subtraction. Crawford doesn't add anything positive besides knowing where to go and move the ball. It would be nice if he hit an outside shot ,but I can say that about everybody except AM. While he may help in the short run you are not going to be a good team wth MC playing 20+ minutes.
