Majerus Magic
I attended the St. Charles West / Borgia game and I was pretty impressed with Brad's son. While at the game I got into a discussion over whether Kramer (sp) Soderberg would even attempt to go to Slu? I was just wandering what everyone thought. billiken_roy
name me an effective player/son that didnt play for his dad/head coach?
kwyjibo
John Thompson III (an excellent coach now at his father's former school) never played for his big papa. He was an excellent player in high school and in the Princeton system. I am sure there are more but that one comes to my head.
billiken_roy
i couldnt think of any. i would hope that kramer will be more "effective" than thompson was at princeton.
mcglotherirvin
michael bibby.
billiken_roy
good one except, keep in mind that bibby was estranged from his son pretty much his entire life. they had virtually no relationship. the soderberg's are pretty tight. RadDad1999
Jeff Capel didn't play for dad at ODU. How old is Kramer?
Quality Is Job 1
I don't know how old he is, but I do know he's a 9th-grader at St. Charles West. That would probably make him 14 or 15.
Triangle andToo
Hopefully we won't have too worry about him being a Billiken if you know what Too means. so it goes
Quality Is Job 1
Are you saying we shouldn't even give it a thought, because Kramer will definitely play for his dad at SLU, are you saying that we don't want him to play at SLU because he won't be good enough to play on an A-10 level, or are you saying that Brad Soderberg won't still be coaching at SLU (though his contract extension is certainly long enough for him to still be there) for Kramer to be in the picture? What DO you mean?
Triangle andToo
Triangle only hopes that your last thought is correct. Contracts mean nothing in college basketball there are "outs" galore. But who knows at this stage - maybe he will be able too play at a mid-major A-10 level. so it goes.
Quality Is Job 1
It appears that the master caricaturist, Triangle andToo is trying to put words in my mouth. The third part of my above question is not "my thought." Leave it to Too to make it look like I want Brad Soderberg to be gone from SLU prior to the 2007-08 season. No that's what he wants; I was just trying to clearly understand his cryptic thoughts.
slufanskip
Too didn't make anything you said look bad ... anyone who pays any attention to anything he says is an idiot ... The guy has a minnimal amount of basketball knowledge. He is like Slaten ... knows little except what to say to be contoversial. I have been reading his posts for almost two years (I think that makes me me an idiot) and he never has said much that is insightful. Official Billikens.com sponsor of H. Billikenbooster
This isn't the real 'Tangle the Truth'. The original one put a space between 'and' and 'Too'. This one is 'Triangle andToo', an imitation, but just as stupid. mhg
Quality Is Job 1
The "real" Triangle andToo does not have a space between the "and" and the "Too." The one with the space is the imitation. All you have to do is look at the post counts. The no space one has over 1,000, and the spaced-out one has just a couple.
Billikenbooster
Pooh! I thought he had crawled back into the sea, with the other serpents, snails and slugs. Oh, well. Just have to ignore the posts as I have in the past. Please, everyone, let him post and don't respond. It only encourages him. mhg
