Popular Post billiken_roy Posted June 8, 2018 Popular Post Share Posted June 8, 2018 1. it is signguy's world that he allows us to play in. 2. steve has long trusted thicks to be his monitor and thicks remarkably takes the responsibility serious and imo does a very good job of policing. 3. while i am in no way a tilky fan, a lot of what some of you are up in arms about is more laughable than some of your and my responses to him. i dont understand why more dont just let tilky wallow in his own misery. do i agree with all of the stances and decisions thicks, david and steve make about billikens.com and how to control it? no but i then go back to rule 1 and rule 2 and deal with it. i know i still throw out the jabs like everyone else, but when it comes down to it, the bottom line is it isnt our decision. dont like it start your own board. during the rickma days when i was public enemy #1 here, i considered it. but when checking into the x's and o's of it, it was better to just try to lay low and disappear than deal with everything to consider when running a high volume message board. so if i aint willing to do the job, i guess i got to abide by the rules as written by those that are willing to do the dirty work. thanks to steve, thicks and david for taking on the tough task of monitoring this very passionate board with just so many personalities and degrees of enthusiasm. somebody has to try to herd the cats. I'd just like to echo Roy's thoughts about @Quality Is Job 1. It's a thankless task and he does a very good job with way more composure than I would be capable.
