gravilst
I'm sorry, but this is beyond unacceptable. If we lose to SIUE at HOME...I fully expected the billikens to have a big down year for rebuilding, however I have not seen a single game (even the games we have won) were SLU actually looked good. There is zero continuity with the offense, and the defense looks completely lost. How is it we keep leaving so many players wide open for 3s. I have always liked JC and he is able to get good recuits. I really am beginning to question if he can couch well enough to what we have come to expect of SLU basketball. It seems that JC can't anything going defensively and soon as something seems to start working offensively he switches things up. Prime example tonight the high-low was going well for them, all of a sudden in the second half it seems like they arent even attempting. Could just be me ranting because I had at least SOME expectations this year....thus far mostly disappointment. Again, I'm not saying JC cant coach...just starting to get concerned when several bottom feeder schools are giving us so many problems at home. Pistol
Reggie's 2nd FTs look much better than his first FTs. My brother always pulled the, "That was just practice" on his first misses when we played in the driveway. Reggie needs to figure out how to pull that off in games. Pistol
Just looked through SIUE's season-by-season history. This would probably be the "biggest" win in their young D-I history, but we're just not good.
