Unfortunately Isabell is not a good ballhandler, is not a good defender, and now is not scoring. With 7 healthy bodies he has to play. If you put the incoming freshman with Goodwin and French i think they would have been as good as if not better then what we had playing yesterday. Bess obviously was not himself.

Wiley played ok. The other seniors were not good. French needs to hit freethrows or we are never be as good as we can be. He also needs to get down in his stance so the Langevines of the world arent blowing by him. I would have liked to see them post Goodwin and Bess up more. No more complaints about how Goodwin plays point. He is all we have. You dont want Isabell handling the ball. Jacobs and Hankton need to get healthy and toughen up.

Bess is having a great year. Goodwin and French are having good years. The other 3 seniors disappointing years. The freshman are hit and miss. Goodwin and French are being compared to their very good freshman years on a below average team to now on an above average team. Goodwins shooting percentage definitely needs to improve but he brings so much more than scoring to a team. He probably is playing out of position at point guard but that is where the team needs him. He is all about doing what helps the team win.

As in all these cases the players there today are being punished for something they had nothing to do with. Doesnt seem fair.

Crunch time the ball is in Bess's hand not Goodwins. Maybe next year it will be and we will see how he reacts.

I hope we get a few more underachievers like Goodwin next year. The guy is capable of getting a triple double any night. I cant wait to see what he does as an upperclassman

The game changed when French couldnt handle Golden one on one. Probably the only big man in the A10 that he cant. It forced us to go to a zone that we probably dont practice and dont play well. The middle was wide open and allowed two others to score 20 points. I think Ford recruited kids like Thatch and Goodwin so they could press other teams. I think they all like playing it. Im not saying play it all the time but at least a few times each game.

We are 2 freethrows made from being tied for 1st. This team plays hard and are fun to watch
