I understand what Nate is trying to do and I support his efforts even if they will go unfulfilled as, and I think Nate knows this as well, Roy thinks he does no wrong and if you disagree with him he launches into name calling and says you are a liar and then he can't let that go. Can opinions be lies? Sounds a lot like Kevin Slaten who Roy admits he listens to. I respect Nate and his opinions and hope his stays around on the board as he brings great information, imo.

i did not call you nuts, i said in my opinion trying to defend brad's recruiting was nuts - as in not making sense to me and i don't believe i have ever on this board resorted to name calling many people say "print out" when talking about printing a page, where the word is out is not necessary to say it again, defending brad's recruiting is nuts - it does not make sense to me, look at the results

isn't the point of recruiting trying to find kids that fit into your school/program and will make your team better? josh harrelson at his junior year had played organized bball for 4 yrs and brad could not see the potential? why did brad have to ask to wait? because he was not a good recruiter

if my lawn mower is sputtering i can still cut my grass but it just takes a helluva lot longer and it pisses off the neighbors clock, i agree with your stance on this and in no way find it extreme defending brad's recruiting at this point, or at any point other than TL, KL and IV, imo, is nuts - look at the results

Clock, to be fair, I believe Thompson said he was leaning to SLU while UB was coach. Your other points seem right on the mark. I feel bad for TL and KL that the recruiting dropped so far after them, I thought with them we had turned a corner. Maybe we have turned it now, let's hope. There is also the miss by UB on the big from his son's rival team.

John Hadley was ripping the Rams? While I haven't listened to 550 in a long time, I remember that he would never be critical of teams carried on 550, that is why I stopped listening, no objectivity. Did he change? did I remember wrong? or did 550 change their policy?

i was more going to the sold out Spoon days at the Arena, but certainly your point is well taken, and hopefully only a fading memory now

just curious....how many bclub members were at the mtg and is this a typical turnout numberwise? any mention of rick appearing at a future mtg? any mention of any events prior to the season? thanks

if that is the case it sounds like the athdept got the seating prices pretty correct - good job to them for that did i miss my bclub annual donation packet or have those not yet been sent?

when i was on the bull**** bball court at (insert expletive) bball seat selection there were no accomodations in the bull**** bball court at that time for vball

i guess my memory is worse than i thought damn, and all along i thought it was a basketball arena with a basketball floor so what vball player or coach are you doing or is someone a relative (which does not necessarily rule out the former depending on where you are from)?

-the marque events in the arena will take place on the bull**** bball floor -did i miss all of the previous references to the bull**** bball floor that are making you so tired of hearing about it? as i really don't remember any

-i don't remember it that way cheese. -i remember being told the vball team would play in the practice gym with bleachers -i would prefer, if that has not been noticed already, the bball floor to be unadulterated -but i certainly wish for success for all billiken sports and athletes

-what are they doing about the floor? -i hope they are not drilling holes in the bball floor for what could be a one time event -i hope to be at the tourney
