bauman
CHN has now listed 72 & 73. Still no Bills.
3star_recruit
With their A-10 preview predicting a 2nd place finish for the Bills, our number won't be called for about three weeks.
slu72
I'm figuring low 60's high 50's....We're not in their top 40 which is shown on that page as well. Where will the Billikens fall? but more importantly how will we actually do?
3star_recruit
The top 72 have been revealed and Charlotte, UMass and GW haven't been listed yet. And incredible as it sounds, it appears CHN will list us in the top 50.
brianstl
It may sound incredible, but I think they are getting it right. If they believe we are an at large team, we will have to be inside the top 50. Nice to see a national source pay attention to last year and give the Bills a little love. So use to getting ignored even when we have had good teams going into the season.
Risky1
I thnik that they will rate SLU in the upper 40's. 48? And, as the season goes on, their recognition will get better as they win. Remember, SLU will start one or possibly two future NBA players, IV and TL. And neither one may be our best scorer, KL. This season will be something special. Get your tickets now. kwyjibo
The preseason top 40 was done by a completely different writer than the one doing the 144 countdown. A completely different third writer wrote the A-10 preview. They may compare notes, they may not. They may agree, they may disagree. SLU could be #1 in the countdown guys mind or may be 145th. Quality Is Job 1
I concur kwyjibo. There's no telling what one pundit may proffer. When does the Athlon preview come out? Has anyone seen it yet? It's usually the first yearbook to hit the news, and it tends to come out in late August. I haven't seen it, yet, and it's the last day of August.
