ACE
jump off that sinking Mizzou ship. Get out of that deal and sign up with the Bills in the spring. We need a powerfoward. You can play alongside Liddell and Polk for four years. You'll get to help open a new arena. And, you'll actually get good coaching from Soderberg, as opposed to what you would've been subjected to from Snyder.
Tonka
Okay, how cool would that be!

I won't comment on Kalen coming to SLU, but I was amazed when all four Mizzou recruits signed their LOIs last month. These were all blue chippers; what did they have to lose by waiting until the investigation was complete?
MUFAN2000
Well, they all seemed to feel that Mizzou was far and away #1. There didn't seem to be much competition for them anymore, and they just didn't feel like putting it off i suppose.

Tonka
I'm quite certain as well, that it was the best economic thing for them to do by signing with Mizzou.
SLURadioBoy
Can he ask for a release of his LOI or does he have to stay there? If he left, would he have to sit out a year? I would think SLU might sound pretty appealing to him right now, especially since we have an All-Stl class as it is right now. "Praises we sing, to you our alma mater, Praise to the white and blue. MUFAN2000
If we get a postseason ban, transfers don't lose a year of eligibility. But only if we get a postseason ban.

billiken_roy
these days loi have become pretty worthless regardless of ncaa transgressions. see ryan hollins or chris humphries.
SLURadioBoy
That's a good point. I forgot about Hollins and Humphreys backing out of their LOI's. I guess chances are he wouldn't have to sit out at all. Come on Kalen, you know you wanna play with Tommie, Dwayne, Luke, and (hopefully) Kevin! Think of all the excitement you could bring to Stl! I see nothing but packed houses in the "Biondi dome" with those guys on the court! "Praises we sing, to you our alma mater, Praise to the white and blue.
