Colter has also buried a team-best 31 3-pointers.• Senior forward/center Andre Marhold pulls down 5.8 rpg. Junior guard/forward Jerry Jones leads the team with 21 steals.• Jim Ferry is in his first season at Duquesne after spending the last 10 seasons at LIU Brooklyn, where he led the Blackbirds to back-to-back NCAA Tournaments. jimbofive Posted January 22, 2013 Share Posted January 22, 2013 let's murder these sons of ******* in their beds. i want to see a diamond full court press with MM up top, JJ and KM on the wings and DE ball hawking. just say fuok it and try to score 100 on somebody. if we're not going to play good fundamental defense, might as well turn it loose and go for 15-20 steals. i really just wish we had a coach. we have a LOT of talent on this team. billiken_roy Posted January 22, 2013 Share Posted January 22, 2013 purely a guess, nothing to back it up but i would guess fox wanted to be the sole provider for slu. it also could have been an issue with the A-10 tv contract in some manner.
