billikenfan05
A violation of anunspecified team rule. Not saying much more. http://espn.go.com/m...rules-violation Word on the skreets at Butler is that he was missing class and according to my friend at Butler she heard he had an airsoft gun and was "rolling around campus shooting people with it"
TheA_Bomb
That sucks I would've probably been kicked off the Butler team too. We once launched some water balloons from the top of Maguerite with one of those water balloon sling-shots.

Tony 4 Billikens
Rumors at Butler say Hopkins and his roommate were shooting at people with an airsoft gun from their dorm window and one of them hit a woman in the face which drew blood. The Butler campus police were called. Hopkins already had two strikes against him for alcohol violations and missing class.
Pistol
That sucks I would've probably been kicked off the Butler team too. We once launched some water balloons from the top of Maguerite with one of those water balloon sling-shots. Me too, but with eggs. Sounds like what this kid did was worse, though. We were pelting the roof of a science building, not drawing blood from a coed.
TheA_Bomb
The deal is that these air-soft guns often look like real guns. The current state of affairs and the "new normal" is that we have to be extremely cautious with all the campus, workplace, theater shootings. It was dumb on his part because it probably never crossed his mind the possible impact of a guy leaning out the window with a "gun" shooting at people on a college campus would have. I am a proponent of good clean fun but it is getting harder and harder today to not be fired, dismissed, reprimanded etc. F'n lawyers

We could nearly hit the entrance to Fusz food court, prime launching time was around noon.
