SLUBALLS Posted November 12, 2010 Share Posted November 12, 2010 SLU started out slow in the first half but was able to finish on two of its limited chances. Robson got hurt toward the end of the first half. He could barely put weight on his right ankle but did walk off. Hopefully he's good to go today. Second half was basically all the Bonnies. They started to attack the flanks at will and got in several good balls. So many dangerous chances that they didn't finish on. SLU hung on for most of the second half before coming on in the latter half of the 2nd. Adnan had a nice opportunity but it was apparent that missing Robson hurt and I think not having Benny Estes out there to hold the all up top hurt as well. Just to set the record straight - the two were suspended for violating a student conduct code not for any sexual assault actions. My guess is that most schools would not have gone this far and perhaps yours would be included. While I think the action taken by the school was not necessary the school obviously felt they had some high standard code to enforce.
