SluSignGuy
Is Barton County CC the Barton CC of Ricky Clemons? Oh boy.

cheeseman
Isn't Germantown PA was where Chris Henerich was from - he went to a private school but I think that might have been his hometown. I think Barton has cleaned up their act since the coach was fired and indicted.
Pistol
Heinrich was from Quakertown, PA.
billiken_roy
whatever happened to that wolf guy? did he plead out and save the many coaches that would have gotten burned in a trial?
cheeseman
I think the last thing I saw on him was that he had plead down the counts to just a handful and was waiting for sentencing.
billiken_roy
that's too bad. it would have been great theatre! we could have seen some really good sweating and tap dancing by some high profile coaches.
Basketbill
cheating in college recruiting is similar to steroids in baseball. The owners new it was going on but were only against it when they were forced to be against it. 2nd hand information about AAU coaches outright requesting money for a recruit to commit is more common than we think. So hiring an AAU coach has become common place, and legit from the NCAA stand point.
