SLUDrew
how can we continue to get killed from the perimeter?
BillikenTX
IV picks up his fourth, under 10 to go. Down by 10. Not looking good. TL needs to go off, or else we are cooked in this one.

moytoy12
What don't the clowns get? It sure seems that DB is more TO/charge prone. You debate that?
SLUDrew
Hey Dude, it has been happening game after game. Got it dude?
TheRaginCajun
Just like people said we should give St. Bonaventure, Duquesne, and Temple credit. I am starting to sense a pattern here with sub par teams having great shooting games against the Bills, do you think it may be the defense? Of course not, we are just catching teams on the wrong day. BB Scout
Like I said give DB the same rope you give everyone else.
kshoe
teams with the following RPIs 114 131 244 311 Yet the Kool-aid crew will tell you that because we are 12-7 progress is being made.
SLUDrew
That's because they are thinking with their hearts instead of their heads. They like Brad and want him to do well. They are in denial of the grim reality of the situation
BB Scout
This is not a good team.
KC Billikens Fan
>This is not a good team. True, and the season has been a disappointment so far. But fortunately, there are no other good teams in the A-10 either. Give SLU a healthy Lisch come the A-10 tourney and they have as good a shot as anyone at winning it. BB Scout
I agree with you all the way. Their is still time to turn this thing around if they start thinking team first and not I. Liddell is a fine looking player but he can not play defense and he dribbles to much. You have to keep the moving ahead of the defense. SLUDrew
With a healthy Kevin Lisch we still lost to 2 of the worst teams in the A-
SLUDrew
Tommie Liddell is BY FAR the least of our problems
KC Billikens Fan
>With a healthy Kevin Lisch we still lost to 2 of the worst >teams in the A-10 No he was not. He was still battling arm/hand issues.
kshoe
the story keeps changing. A year ago it was...don't worry we'll sign some good players in the srping and fall to round out this team. At the beginning of this season it was...don't worry that we didn't sign anybody good we are very deep and Obi, HD, JJ will fill the 4 spot. After Luke became the 4 it was...we are playing a 4 guard offense. After Obi and HD left it was...they blew their opportunity and were lazy After close wins against crap teams like Western Illinois and Pacific it was...winning is the only thing that matters. After we started losing in the A-10 it was...the administration hasn't given Brad the resources. After some realized our budget is in the top 100 and previous coaches were able to get us to the NCAAs, it was...a disruption to continuity is bad. I'm sure the new argument will be...injuries did us in and Brad can't control those.

SLUDrew
they will look for any excuse they can muster to justify Soderberg staying on. They like Brad the guy and let that cloud their feelings on Brad the Coach. I say this because no logical individual can think Brad is doing a good job at SLU. I'm not saying Brad has done his job well. I'm simply saying Lisch has not been healthy since the 1st half of the SIU game. If Lisch were healthy, we would not be 2-4 in the conference right now, and with a healthy Lisch, we stand as good a chance as anyone at winning the A-10 tourney. kshoe
using the Lisch injury as a crutch for why this team is so disapointing. Some things are so predicatable.
Soderball
I'm sure the injury of one of our Iron Five and Big Three is not a large loss, sure. Please watch the games and know how this team is set up and how it plays before you post. Lisch is a horrid loss to have and its like breaking our leg. We should have some stronger arms though. kshoe
1) All teams have injuries. Its a part of the game and to expect for SLU to go the whole year without an injury along the way is unrealistic. 2) We were playing like crap before Kevin went down. 3) Our depth is awful and the reason that losing a player such as Kevin becomes such a problem. Nobody to blame for the lack of depth but the coach. 4) Perhaps if we hadn't played only 7 deep for the entire non-conference portion the guys on the bench would be better prepared to step-in. Billikan
Can you honestly saya that losing kevin is not a huge blow to this team? of course you can't but you will say it anyway because it is the coach's fault that he is hurt!
