Hopefully the new person can do something to address the traffic issues. Not really marketing related. But It took over 40 minutes to get into the parking garage. There were a lot of people still trying to get into the game halfway through the first half. I could see where a first time fan or a casual fan would’ve bother coming back. Then you have to wait 30-45minutes just to exit. I don’t know what can be done but it’s not a good situation.

I think your very mistaken if you think people don’t know what’s going on with their investments. They might not know exact totals. But most people have an idea if they are up or down. Taking this back to NIL money. If people are putting large sums into NIL you can guarantee they know their position.

I don’t know about mental health. But they would have a hell of a set of shoulders.

How can you say people don’t think about investment losses until they hit 10%. Then say it’s only paper value. Kind of a contradiction isn’t it?

I don’t follow the Wizards day in and day out. But I do check box scores every few days. Is Goodwin hurt? Or has he fallen out of favor? Seems like his minutes just dropped to almost nothing. I didn’t see any bad games.

Yes people still have money just not as much. So maybe instead of paying someone 500k they give them 300k. Still a ton of cash for a college player.

Last year when I went to Memphis to watch the Billikens it was very enjoyable. Even though we lost Memphis puts on a good atmosphere to go with the game. There are so many stoppages in college basketball. You really need to have a good time filler for the fans. Especially with the shorter attention spans of kids. My kids (Two 18yr olds and a 12yr old) are just ho hum about going. If there is anything else remotely going on they choose not to go.

I wish the band would play more instead of the “Billiken Clap” and the “ Saint Louis” cheer. I hate forced emotion. Both of these things are kind of a buzz kill. At least to me.

These players have heard the same thing we have all year. Probably more. “It’s Yuri’s team, He’s the go to guy, He’s the leader, He’s the best player, He’s a pro ready point guard. I know I get tired of hearing it. Can only imagine how a lot of the others feel. Yuri is a very good player no doubt. But let’s be honest. Bigger athletic guards give him trouble. He’s not a great outside shooter. When things start going wrong he defaults to hero ball. I’m glad he’s our point. But he’s not the best point guard in the nation like Travis likes to say. It’s almost like there was an agreement to push his name and talk him up if he came back.

I’m okay with that. I’d take a nice sweet 16/elite 8 run.

I hope the band doesn’t show up for a couple games. I would like to see the spin the administration puts on the problem. You’re dealing with volunteers. Treat them right.

I don’t think it’s fair to say the path taken wasn’t correct. Everyone responds different to treatment. Yes the results so far haven’t been what we hoped for. But that doesn’t mean his medical path was wrong.

Every made 3-point shot is a big shot. 3 points is 3 points no matter where you get them in the game.

Look at how much we are scoring with Gibby getting open. Even though he’s not shaking his man he’s pulling him away from the basket. Lots of those easy layups are because Gibby has to be guarded so tight. But you’re right they need some better screen packages to open him up more.

I remember the Washington game. They had no idea what hit them. I think it was like 50-25 at half. Man I wish Cronklin was here to set a back screen for Yuri. Good times for sure.

I thought they could have called a moving screen on most offensive possessions against TSU. Number 10 was constantly moving. I thought they pushed us around quite a bit. Seemed like we got a little tougher in the second half. As soon as their number 20 came in the game I told my wife to watch him and Thatch. That this was going to escalate. The first thing he did was walk up and put two fists lightly into Thatches chest and say something. Didn’t take long for it to escalate into a T. I would have liked to have seen Fred more in the game.
