  1. I would lose my mind in a First Four match-up in Dayton against Shaka
  2. Top 10 is definitely doable. Missing Top 15 would be disappointing (relatively speaking, obviously)
  3. I always forget TCU is in Dallas metro. I’m sure they’d try to block SMU.
  4. I am anti-Mizzou, and I have no idea if McKinney would be a good fit or not, but potentially ruling out a good player entirely just bc he went to Mizzou for a semester is insane
  5. Novosibirsk is lovely that time of year
  6. For some good news, Kstate up big in 2nd half over top 15 WVU
  7. Yeah missing “layups” is ok when we’re driving straight at defenders and they’re fouling. I honestly only remember 3 “bunnies” that we missed. JBJ missed 2, and Goodwin missed an easy putback on one of JBJ’s 2 misses.
  8. I don’t know if different Q wins within the same tier mean the same thing or not, but the NET team sheets breakdown does break up Quads farther. I believe Q1 home wins are broken up into #1-10 and #10-35, for example. I do not know if this is considered by the committee or otherwise worked into the NET formula. regardless, NET is miles better than RPI
  9. On the A10 Undercard, Richmond up 15 with 9 to go over Davidson. Keeps Richmond a Q1 win for us if they finish it
  10. Nah. Seton Hall clowned us. A better free throw percentage doesn't save that game.
  11. French should take a page from Evans' book and learn how to bait the lane violation. It would give him an extra chance every free throw. (suggestion not to be taken seriously. French should absolutely not try to complicate his free throw mechanics even more)
  12. We shot one 3 pt'er in the second half. Was their correction that phenomenal?
  13. Yeah that makes no sense to me whatsoever. Go away from what got us a 15 pt lead in 10 min and shift towards our team's biggest weakness?
  14. One thing I noticed was in the second half, almost every offensive set involved getting the ball to the post (either French, JBJ, or even Perkins), and having them try to beat their man at the post. It seemed like the sets were playing into GW's strategy of hack-a-Billiken. Meanwhile, in the first half, when we built that big lead, we had a variety of set plays leading to jumpers in addition to the occasional post play. Why did we step away from what was working for us?
  15. Has having a bad night and still has a double double and 5 blocks
  16. Make up call when Perkins clearly dribbled the ball out of bounds
  17. Thanks. That makes sense. I was pretty confused.
