Agreed, French looks like an Senior linebacker at Alabama and he has had last then a month under a college weight program. He may not be the "best" player at many programs through out the nation, but he would for sure be one of the most athletic. I am all in on French, I cannot wait to see him play. Having a kid in a boot for a couple of weeks during July isn't the biggest worry in the world. I'm glad Ford sounds pleased with the practice. I see none of the hedging that I heard going into last season.

It is, they finished 22-10 and 10-8 in the ACC... I have seen ACC preview pieces where they usually are in the 4-6 range. They lose their top two scorers but are being replenished by Buzz's best recruiting class at VaTech. Either way, it will be considered a good win when we upset them.

I'm not a Pomeroy hater in any regard, but I am more concerned with making the tournament that being ranked highly in his rankings. VCU finished the year 48 in his rankings and made the tourney... That is very possible for this Bills squad.

Many top tier universities do not have their own press, they are massively expensive to run. Let's focus on moving up in USNWR rankings first.

History is silly here. There are definite concerns about a team coming together among high expectations, but we have never seen an influx of talent at SLU like this. Rarely do you see 7 players, all arguably the best 7 on the team, come in at the beginning of a new season.

USC will actually have one of the Nation's top teams for the next couple of years given the recruits they have pulled in. I would love a home-and-home with the Sons of Troy. Great experience and exposure for our squad.

Oregon would be a high profile game. I'm not sure I would consider CU high profile...

I would assume that this is outside of the Oregon State match up, aren't those details mostly squared up at this point? I wonder who May considers high profile... UCLA? Arizona? Both matchups would be fun to see.

The only one talking any sense in this thread. I was holding a kid up while he had three up in the bushes at the quad in at my SLU 101. I nice DPS officer walked him back to the dorm. While I wasn't sick I was also intoxicated. That DPS officer could have thrown the book at us, I could have been gone from SLU before I signed up for classes. I hope this isn't a trend for Tilmon, and I'm not gonna act like I couldn't have got a MIP at some turns in college. Mods should delete this thread.

Real talk: I think this is a great ad for the Ball family, It shows that Lonzo has a sense of humor, and he is capable of being an adult separate from Lavar. Plus, its funny.

LaVall Jordan seems to be the front runner. Former Butler player, alum, and assistant. Current head coach at Milwaukee. He has only spent one year as a head coach going 11-24 so this is definitely a hire that is betting on the upside. Impressive credentials as an assistant though.
