I dont know who the hell is going to guard Singler. Butler put 6'1 Zach Hahn on him for most of the game last week. He only had 13 that game so maybe they can stick a guard on him and just try to tire him out. Cassity maybe? Im not sure why Singler just didnt back down Hahn that entire game but he didnt. The Plumlee's are going to get thier points. Not much they can do about that. I just hope they dont get double digit offensive rebounds. I think they can keep it under 30. I dont want to see the Cards give Pujols a ten year contract but stating, as fact, that he is 34 is wrong. I dont know if he is 30,34,32, or 24 and neither do you but I guarntee you that the Cards are treating his contract as if he is the age he says he is. If they sign him to a 6-8 year deal and find out he is 4 years older than what he said when he signed they can void the contract anyway so whats the probelem? I see both sides of it. But when it comes down to it sitting on the pine would drive me nuts. If I had a choice to play a lot of minutes for a mid level team or sit on the bench at a KY, Duke, MSU Id go to the mid level team. You can only play competitve sports for so long I wouldnt want to waste four years of it filling water cups. But since he is getting a lot of PT at KY I guess he really shouldnt have any regretts.

They have no problem arresting the mascot for throwing snowballs but when Bob Huggins was coaching there the basketball team was able to get away with murder. Seems like the bearcats play favorites. Mascots get no respect!!!

I often wonder which route I would prefer, being a role player on a final 4 team or being a star on a team that may not make the tourney. There is no doubt he would be putting up much better numbers at a "mid major" school but I get the appeal of playing for a team like KY. Now what I dont get is when a guy chooses a school like that and rides the pine for 4 years when he could of been playing a lot for a good smaller school.
