Cavs fans were mad at first but now that they have Willie Reed in camp the anger is starting to die out. Cards fans will be able to relax once ownership brings in the baseball version of Reed.

His shot has looked bad but Im more concerned about the rest of his game. He is a shooter and most likely will get that back but he looks lost out there. It seems like he is turning the ball over every time he touches it. He looks nervous when the ball is in his hands. Im not sure if this is the case but it seems like he has himself convinced he can't play at this level. At then end of the game last night he didnt have any idea what to do when Vermont was pressuring and trapping. The year off probably hurt his timing and shot but the mental side of the game should still be there and its not. Hopefully he can get some confidence and start playing like RM thought he could.

Any time you buy a gas station hotdog you are taking a step on the wild side. Most of the time they taste really good but every once in awhile you will get one that screams "I was made from lips and ######"

I agree with you in a way but I want to see The Fetz sold out on a nightly basis. I want to hear it when its filled to capacity every game. I want A wednesday night game against Harris Stowe to draw 8000+ and that isnt going to happen without the casual fans. The only way to get new die hard fans is to bring in new/casual fans. And lets face it, our die hards are getting ready to die off pretty soon. Just look at the Rams, when they were winning the Dome was one of the hardest places to play. Now, with only the die hards left, every team wants to come in and get an easy W. Die hards are there every game. Casual fans sell the place out.

Its just like every other news story. They find the biggest stereo typical moron around and hope he says something stupid. You never seen the clean cut well spoken person on the news. Its always the toothless crackhead. It increases the stations odds of becoming a youtube sensation.

This isnt a big deal when you look at the big picture. LMU is a good team...not great but good. The Bills should run off a bunch of wins here and go into conferecne with a heck of a record. The only thing that has me upset about the loss is that the local media exposure will take a hit. It was nice turning on 590, 1380, or 101 and hearing positive SLU Talk. It was nice having my non-SLU fan buddies talking Bills Baksetball. There was a buzz around town that I havent heard since Spoonball. It will come back but with all the media buzz I was hoping for a boom in ticket sales. Im not sure we will see as big of one now.

Who is to blame? The team. Period. End of story. They had a chance to put them away in the first half. Up by 12 (possibly 10) and the let LMU get it to within 4 by half. If they pile on there a different LM team comes out the second half. The way it turned out LM came out with momentum and confidence. This is still a young team and hopefully they learn not to let up from this. They learn to pile on and go for the throat. Its a minor set back but one they will use as motivation going forward.

Im not even concerned about the rankings. What does upset me is that all the good local publicity and hype is out the window. The casual fan just went from being excited to saying "same'ol Bills" They were building intrest in the paper, on local sports radio, nationally, and among my buddies. Now that is all down the crapper
