I saw the same thing from Goodwin and Goodwin was pulled and lectured by Ford for missing him. That’s the thing, you are jumping to these conclusions just looking for a reason to blame Isabell. We don’t know the situation. Was there a designed play that called for something else? Did Isabell miss him or think a defender was in the area? Was he expecting Gordon to cut? We don’t know. Isabell has played pretty good so far. It seems some people just want him to fail. (Not saying you do 05) During the preseason it was “Isabell refuses to play defense and is lazy.” Now we see he can play D so people need to find another reason to hate him. Sure he can improve but it’s crazy the amount of negativity and blame the guy is receiving.

I would guess playing professionally took away his amateur status. plus I’d rather have a team full of Brett Jollys than 1 of the ball brothers.

Fair enough. i would say the blame is on both of them. I don’t care if a guy is here for 1 year 2 years or 4 years. While he is on the team he is a teammate and you need to figure out how to make it work. The responisbility is on both of them and Ford.

I’m seeing the same thing from Goodwin. Goodwin got pulled twice for not getting the ball to a wide open Isabell. I doubt it a personal thing with either player. It’s a chemistry thing that may or may not get better. I’m not sure why Isabell is getting all the blame here.

Free throw shooting....it was better. Still need improvement 3 point shooting....at least they were smart enough to not jack up 25+. Dunks...got a couple Not enough improvement I’m expecting bad things this weekend.
