I’ll go 16-14 I like this team. I really really like this team. I just have a tough time being overly optimistic about a team that will rely on so many first year D1 players. Next year? Next year we dominate and after we dominate we dance!

The AD needs to get in contact with Arthur Blank. He knows a thing or two about business and is doing great with “fan friendly” pricing. The year after he started “fan friendly concessions” Falcons staff contacted him and told him he could raise prices a little and fans would still be happy. What did he do? I use to try and justify it at sporting events. ”Well, they are 8.50 for 24 ounces. I spend 2.50 for a 12 oz at a bar plus I tip a dollar each beer so that’s 7 dollars for 24 ounces, it’s only 1.50 difference.” Then the prices went up and their is no justification for how much they cost. So now I do the responsible thing, I drink until I don’t care how much they cost.

I agree. For those with kids will you let your child play football? Most of my buddies, who are all sport junkies, aren’t going to let their kids play. I’m thinking this is a growing trend and is going to hurt the NFL down the line.

Deciding between the G league or European/Australian league would be a tough decision. Do you stay with the NBA brand and bring home 35,000 a year or do you head over seas and make double or triple that? I’m sure players see the G league as being right on the doorstep of the NBA but are your chances of getting the call any better there than in Europe? If you become a star in Europe the NBA will know and will find you no matter the league you are in. I’m not sure what the better option is.

I read that a lot of college freshman have trouble shooting from distance because the backdrop is so different. They are use to shooting in gyms where the wall is 5 feet behind the basket and then move to a arena where there is no wall. It is a depth perception thing and can really throw off a shot. I don’t remember where I read that or if it’s true but It makes sense.
