It looks like basically the whole coaching staff, including Schertz, is following Walsh on Twitter. I would assume that means there’s some serious interest there from the staff.

I don’t think the staff was holding out hope for this one, but Newell is off the board.

Frank said on his show today that he doesn’t think Kyky will be visiting now, but SLU has a great chance to get Roddie.

Do you mean for a visit or he’s committing to SLU?

Frank also said SLU is looking at Liam Campbell. Looks like he is a high school player who committed to USC, but it looking for a new school after the coaching change there.

Frank just said that Kyky Tandy will be visiting SLU in the near future.

Are the Bills recruiting him? I haven’t seen them tied to him yet.

This makes sense. Schertz and multiple assistants are following him on Twitter.

He said Hunter was visiting, but I don’t think he said a commitment was coming.

Frank said on his show that Casey’s commitment is supposed to come today. He mentioned him and Avila playing at the same time with Casey being the 5 and Robbie playing the 4. Not sure if that was his assumption or what Schertz told him. With the way Schertz’s offense doesn’t use traditional positions, it doesn’t really sound like something Schertz would say.

Casey averaged 19 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and 3 blocks per game as a senior in high school. With the exception of 3 point shooting, it looks like he was a stat stuffer in high school.
