bluecrewprez
That is surprising. I didn't think he did that well this past week. Congrats to Tommmie!
Billiken Rich
I think that last shot to stuff Umass bought him more than th rest of his stats did. Again congrats to TOMMMMMMAH!

Billiken Rich
You know what? Ian being on the Greek olypmic team would give me a reason to care about the olympics for the first time in over a decade. GO ZEUS!
SShoe
congrats to Tommie, but what about Lisch. He was superb this week.
Basketbill
Kevin needs to do a little politicking. I thought Brown might have had a shot at Player of the week too, but I guess his two big games were in different weeks.
Billikenbooster
I believe 590 KFNS said first time anyone was Rookie of the Week four times in one year. Wait til he helps us knock off St Joe's or Xavier. Then they will REALLY take notice. mhg
Sheltiedave
Liddell was not even picked to be on the all freshman team for the league. There are more than a few writers/coaches in the A10 that did not do their homework.
Billiken Rich
The freaking coaches picked us 13th in the league.
Billikan
Where is that guy who claimed to be an expert on the A10 and he defended the pick of the Bills as the 13th best, etc? How could they ignore Ian, Tommie and even Kevin? I will say the A10 game of the week announcers were very complimentary of the Bills so maybe the word is spreading. The only guy who knew the truth was Brian Gregory!
SShoe
Unless something happens, Tommie is probably Frosh of the year in A-10 and I would expect Kevin to be on the all A-10 Freshman squad.

The only guy who >knew the truth was Brian Gregory! You can't blame him too much for underestimating Ian. I didn't think he would improve as much as he did. He may have thought the A-10 was superior to Conference USA, he may have looked at our past season record with the departure of our upperclassmen and reasonably assumed we would struggle. You and I on the other hand had the knowledge that our incoming freshmen and returning underclassmen were better than the departing seniors. Freshmen who had the ability to not only make plays for themselves but others as well. I was hoping for a .500 season,a major improvement over our 9 win season, but anything short of 4 games above .500 would be as disappointment for me at this point.
