Major Majerus
Comparisons are no longer apt, agreed?
SluSignGuy
Its early, but BE seems to have much better inside moves. However I am not a fan of him shooting from outside so much, but he could have been just having an off game. But some have said that he did it during Juco too all the time. STL Hoops Insider
But didnt he shoot over 50% from the field in JUCO and over 40% from beyond the arc. If he can duplicate those percentages as a Billiken then there should be no problem with him taking shots. Plus taking those shots allows him to set up drives which are what he scored his baskets on. NH
I agree barry should stick to down low. in another post I gave my thoughts on VS vs BE "If you're thinking of vas'shan (spelling?) newborne fiasco I don't think that will happen for several reasons 1) Eberhardt is bigger (stronger, taller) and not as out of shape 2)BE has a certain swagger about him that makes me think he will believe in himself 3) BE has RM monitoring him 4) BE has much better post moves"
billiken_roy
for comparison sakes of former billikens, i am thinking somewhere between a quitman dillard and a donnie dobbs. bottom line, it looks like barry eberhardt is going to be a nice player. Now if Bryce can continue playing like a 7 footer the rest is covered.
