Iggy
Who should we be rooting for tonight and why? I'm leaning towards pulling for the Bearcats. We've actually got a chance to catch Louisville if Cinci beats them twice and we beat them once. It should be one heck of a game!
Schasz
I'd have to think that Louisville would get a slight edge playing the game at Freedom Hall, but you are right that this should be an excellent game for college basketball junkies to watch. billiken_roy
it is tough to root for either one. i think i will sit back and just watch a war play itself out. whichever arrogant coach p!sses me off first, i will then root for the other. DeSmetBilliken
If there was a way that both teams could lose, then I would want that to happen. To me this is the Conference USA Axis of Evil Bowl. Should be a great game though. Because the game is at Freedom Hall in Louisville, I have to give the edge to Pitino's Cardinals. kshoe
but he has certainly said all the right things when it comes to the Billikens. Almost every article he gets quoted in he mentions us as contenders, he talks about how difficult it is to play in the American division against the likes of St. Louis etc. Plus, his post game interviews have always been gracious to us, probably because we've taken 3 of 4 from him. I certainly prefer Pitino over Huggins and will be calling for the L tonight.
DeSmetBilliken
I was a huge fan of Pitino when he was the coach of UK. If he was coaching almost any other team in the nation, then I would probably be a big fan of that team. I just can't in my heart root for Louisville, Pitino or not. BillyClyde
I like for both teams to pound the hell out of each other for 60 minutes with Louisville winning at the end of 4 overtimes on a huggins technical with no time left. I just can't force myself to be for the bearcats.
slufanskip
I'm hoping for 12 overtimes with both schools losing all starters for 40 days due to physical exhaustion. Also for Huggins and Pitino to get locked up for the same 40 days due to the fight they have with each other and a couple of dozen fans after the 5th overtime. Official Billikens.com sponsor of H.
