-I'll wonder about both, when other U's are saying huge gains and we have 25% that is not impressive - and yes, what happened to the gains from that hospital money? -on the other side, I was shocked to see other Catholic schools with much less in their endowment coffers than we have (Marq, Nova, Creighton as 3 examples) -is there a good place to see where the U spends any of the endowment funds?

-went back 10 pages, best thread I saw for this, WashU and other schools getting press about the sizeable increase in their endowment funds in the last year, I hope SLU is in this boat, any ideas on when we would know this?

-bad on me as I would have never guessed there were 9 guys averaging over 10mpg last season -to me serious minutes is half the game -I haven't listened to the segment and I saw the note about a 1-3-1, but part of having a group that large play serious minutes indicates a style of play that is fast paced, frankly I don't care what style of play we use as long as we win

-A10 has been better than MVC, per KenPom, every year but one since X left (Butler only in A10 one season), granted close lately, bids, which are more important, are pro A10 as well -remember when it was a joke on here to talk about joining the MVC? -so Mizzou athletic dept. told their alum about their ludicrous proposal and he dutifully ran with it, no shock -if they were serious about playing they would play, I think they fear losing to SLU and having more people around the state/region/college basketball landscape realize the pecking order of hoops around here -however, Mizzou needs to have just enough success to keep Cuonzo employed there
