Agreed. Cal, Boeheim, Kryzysdkjfhdknki, etc. don't actually develop anybody. They just incorporate them into their system and rely on what they can already do.

He did not actually win the title yet. NBC Sports named him A10 POY but A10 has not announced it yet.
