billiken_roy
Frank C ran a nice piece on the billikens last nite. talked about liddell redoing the mechanics on his shot over the summer with coach soderberg, talked to kevin about his athletes in action tour of france. talked to ian about the big game vs hansborough and then short interview with coach soderberg discussing his optimism. lots of practice highlights in the background. very well done imo. Frank's the man!
SShoe
I was amused by Frank's quote at the end. "Billiken basketball, it's worth watching this year." Kind of silly, but you can tell he's excited about it.
Iggy
We shot 100% during that piece. If we can keep that up, I like our chances.
willie
Iggy I also noticed that. If it wasn't edited we are one great shooting team. Nothing but nets.
brianstl
Frank stated on 590 that they did't edit the shooting. He said he saw Tommie hit 7 in a row from outside 17 feet.
Alonzo P Hawk
I was listening to the big 550 KTRS last night around 11pm. The guy started talking about NBA basketball, and said "Oh, wait. No one cares, so I'm not going to talk about NBA basketball. Let's talk about SLU basketball. Oh wait, who cares about that? No one. Moving on to Cardinals baseball..." idiot. ------------------------------------------------------------ *Official Billikens.com sponsor of Mike Beczkala
thetorch
He knows where his bread is buttered. One of the poor aspects of having a team own a media outlet.
