VTIME
http://www.kansascity.com/mld/kansascity/s...s/14587643.htm/ He didnt like the style of play and they played him out of position at pg, when he's a scorer.
p diddy
V-time, I am personally putting you in charge of getting Marcus Walker in a Billiken uniform. If UB is truly serious about changing up his style of play, then this is a young man that should be seriously pursued, especially in the post-Ian era (whether it starts in 07 or '08). This young man can really score. Go get him V-time. Now, you're talking. bad boyz for life
Pistol
He would be a nice player to have. Too bad he's 6'2" and 165- would we pursue another guard?
Billikenbooster
Of course not...that is why we are putting V on his trail. mhg

VTIME
>He would be a nice player to have. Too bad he's 6'2" and >165- would we pursue another guard? He had one of the best high school careers in the history of Missouri and would be a great player who is versatile enough to take the pressure off Liddell and Lisch with his ballhandling while maybe being best scorer of the bunch. ACE
Where's Mizzou on this one? They already missed out on this in-state kid once. Will they again?
Hardball
He is a scorer? Then he has way too much offense for us. If he didn't like the way his former team played I am sure he will not be happy playing in the 30's and 40's. How is his defense?
tseugnekillib
Speaking of scoring, during the past 2005-2006 season..... SLU scored in the 70's six times, winning four and losing two, SLU scored in the 60's ten times, winning six and losing four, SLU scored in the 50's ten times, winning six and losing four, SLU scored in the 40's once and lost. SLU scored in the 30's twice and lost both times.
mcglotherirvin
one of the best high school careers in the history of missouri? are you nuts? walker is good. he would likely be the third best guard on slu's team. but he will not change the program. He won't change the program, but he sure would be a huge help. He's all over the Missouri record books, was a hovered around number 100 in most of the top 100 player rankings. He went to the Nike Camp as a freshman. He was a high-major big 12 recruit.
