bluecrewprez
But then again, every team I've rooted for has lost (at this point if I rooted for gravity, we'd all be floating 2 inches off the ground), so it will probably be 65-60 UCLA. billiken_roy
point, it is amazing that ucla plays soderberg ball and the national media deems it celebreal and controlling.

Schasz
It looks like my prediction was pretty much right on. Why can't we find a big that plays like Noah??? He looks like he has pretty much the complete package on both sides of the ball.
courtside
I am sure a few hundred schools are saying the same thing. EVERY college team fights for "Bigs" .....tough to find.
Billsboys
Roy, your kidding with that. They do not play the same style as SLU.
Schasz
Courtside, SLU has had an uncanny ability to stumble when it comes to finding even adequate bigs. If the program is ever going to take a step in the right direction then the coaching staff are going to have to find and develop bigs. That kid just happened to have himself a heckuva tournament, and he will make a lot of money playing in the NBA.
Schasz
All I know is the Bruins won two of the most boring and ugly games in NCAA history, but they finally met their match tonight and snoozeball lost out in the end...than God!!!
courtside
And I will repeat, SLU is far from the only school with this problem. It is a long line.
billiken_roy
they are all about possession half court offense and defense and rebounding. go look at how many games they were under 70 points this season. ucla is NOT a full court team.
