Billiken Law
Wasn't he pretty much out of the picture here once Coach signed McGuire? To be honest, I figured his dad, Hank, would make him go somewhere in Texas - I guess that boy ain't right!

slu72
gonna be all over us for missing out on Mr. Hill. Am a little surprised though. Isn't he the top prospect in the metro area this year? Was it a grade issue?
billiken_roy
depends on what you want. he is no where near the shooter that mcquire is. however, there is no way mcguire is near the athlete that hill is. it is my guess (cia doesnt talk) that from a wing perspective, it was judged we did not need another slashing wing (see lisch, liddell, and danny brown) but judging from our woeful shooting last year, a dead eye three point shooter had value. i am actually glad that we didnt get both. not saying we should have mcquire and not hill or vice versa, i just want some inside players and would like to see the rest of the scholarships invested in future inside players. tseugnekillib
broy, the cia doesn't talk with a bull-horn, they speak..... but in a soft voice. I realize that family obligations take a lot of hours; however, when you get a free night take in a soccer game or a v-ball game. You will hear some interesting things and may see some tall visitors. You can't spend your free time exploring old coal mine shafts in the west-end of belleville and expect to pickup any billiken information! slu72
out with it....you're definitely in the know. Who are these tall mysterious strangers?
TheGoat
he is right though, from time to time you do see some interesting things on campus that you don't expect, especially in the way of recruits
willie
Backward fellow aren't you a little old to be watching young girls in tight shorts playing volleyball. On second thought that sounds pretty good. Save me a seat.
