HoosierPal Posted June 24, 2022 Posted June 24, 2022 Golden is playing on the Hawks Summer Team Gilyard - Warriors Hall - Spurs Adaway - Heat Wiliamson (Loyola) - Clippers Lee is injured and won't play on any summer team. That is a bummer as he had many teams interested in him. Vince Williams will of course play on the Grizzlies summer team. All but Williams need to show they are worth a slot on the team's G-League franchise. Williams would have to screw up badly not to get a G League slot. G League teams routinely stir their rosters, so a good showing could get the rest of them a uniform. Next step is that elusive call up to the Show. almaman 1 Quote

HoosierPal Posted July 28, 2022 Author Posted July 28, 2022 Congratulations to Jordan Hall. A two way contract is a nice deal for an undrafted player. I believe two-ways run about half a mill and he can play in 50 games in the league if/when called up. So much for the doubters. Quote
Taj79 Posted July 29, 2022 Posted July 29, 2022 I'm a doubter ... still. The contract is nice but other than his size, he never exhibited the skill needed at his position for this next level. At 6'7", he'd be a hand full if he were a true point guard. But he can't really dribble. He didn't handle pressure well. He didn't really set up his teammates with assists. And despite that size, he didn't shoot lights out over anybody shorter. I always thought deAndre Bembry would be better but he's not. Only time will tell. Quote
