The uniforms need an observance patch as it will be so exciting in a city known for quiet, polite, sitting fans. 250 celebrations for the 250th anniversary of this old city. If they don't put a patch on the uniforms and tout this birthday to the recruits they are missing an opportunity to participate in a special Year for the team, the college, and the city. Tat these unis! Yes - that would be great. Before my time, but I did some research and the Philadelphia Phillies had a special American bicentennial patch during the 1976 season.
