pooch1918
Very nice league win on the road. I was never worried. Majerus completely outcoached Derek Kellogg. Ellis, Reed, Cassity looked VERY comfortable. I wouldn't be surprised to see SLU in the "others receiving votes" this week.

NH
I would be shocked if that happens.yeah, we are a ways away from that, but maybe not as far as I used to think.
pooch1918
It just takes one coach or AP writer to be high on SLU.
Quality Is Job 1
I suspect the Bills would have to win the next three games before anyone will vote for them in the Top 25. A win at UMass won't give them that kind of national cred.
GOSLU68
It just takes one coach or AP writer to be high on SLU. you would think someone in Boston area would give us a vote as we handled both UMass and Boston College, this year
DeSmetBilliken
you would think someone in Boston area would give us a vote as we handled both UMass and Boston College, this year We didn't play BC this season. That was last season. After we beat them last season at Chaifetz, BC didn't want to continue the series.
dlarry
They are playing great but if some coach or writer votes them into the top 25 because of a win at UMASS they need to have their vote taken away. Beat Xavier and they will be getting close but some of the early season terrible losses will keep them out unless they do something spectacular
pooch1918
6 wins in a row in February in the A 10 this year is nothing to sneeze at. Probably won't happen---but you never know. Cornell was in the TOP 25 for much of the season.
AMDG-Unit
Who was it who said earlier this week that ESPN's Andy Katz was going to be in attendance at today's game? If so, he already seems to be picking up what we're putting down, and if he saw this win in person, then I'd expect a mention or two on espn.com sometime this week probably before the Xavier game. Pirahna
Who was it who said earlier this week that ESPN's Andy Katz was going to be in attendance at today's game? If so, he already seems to be picking up what we're putting down, and if he saw this win in person, then I'd expect a mention or two on espn.com sometime this week probably before the Xavier game. The crowd was so sparse at the UMass game you would think that the cameras would have eventually scrolled over Andy. He must have been hiding really well. But yes I agree I will be scanning ESPN.com for a possible SLU mention from Andy.
