He probably has been in touch with Chaifetz, and I would wager the 8 large has been directed toward further improvements in the basketball program. It is a shame that it has taken this for us to (potentially) witness what a crackerjack coaching staff- one with multiple coaches over the $200,000 salary figure- can conjure up. For some of us who have stressed the Mickey Mouse committment that Biondi previously brought to the table, we will definitely be witnessing interesting times. Channel 5 (STL) is reporting at 6 tonight that SLU and Majerus have exchanged "bullet point" proposals to each other. Looks like a deal is in the works!
