Was planning on watering my hole at a local watering hole for this game but my 5-year-old ruined it by coming down with a fever. However, if anyone has any enticing game plans this may be a good opportunity to teach her about self-sufficiency.

Same but I'll gladly take late games on national tv than none at all. Didn't watch a single Wizzards game last year. I've already watched 3 of the Suns 4 games. Looks like at least 3 more national tv games this month.

The NCAA reminds me a lot of the state agencies I work with to process tax credit transfers. Not a lot of motivation to pick that file up in a timely manner and if you tick them off your file magically moves to the bottom of the pile. Also understaffed (usually intentionally though).

On TNT again this Tuesday (Halloween) against the Spurs. I think Jack’s son was sitting in his seats last night.

I watched the 7 minutes he played in the first half but fell asleep before he got back into the game in the 2nd half. Did not look good those first 7 minutes. Hopefully just first game jitters.

Walked past Hargrove in the Loop last month and had I not known any better I would’ve guessed 6’8 235. Dude looked huge. Don’t think that translates to a productive 4/5 role but there don’t appear to be many options.

It’s not just biased SLU fans. Small sample size but pretty much all of my Mizzou, Indiana, Kentucky, Marquette, Memphis, and Kansas friends feel the same way. That SLU checks off boxes that the top mid-majors do but are somehow completely incapable of exploiting those things that separate the top programs from the rest. Even the things that are completely out of SLU’s control, such as being the highest level of hoops in a top 25 market. Their impression is that the success of the men’s basketball program is just not a high priority for the university.

Hell I’d pay $500 if it came with some t ravs, 8 margaritas, and jumping on the court to lead the team in some Pistol Pete Homework basketball drills EDIT: wish he made one for defense
