Ah, Larry, I guess a bit of nostalgia helps, but there's nothing wrong with the BSH. For recommendation to a rookie visitor, it would be hard to pass up Pappy's. -
ursus minor.

Wow. The Wiz ursus ABF ?

I wouldn't mind being ranked just behind UMass going in to that final regular season game. Upset 'em on the road !

Congratulations. At least our players are good-lookers.

How good is the A10? Take a look...

Yes, there's a lot of ball to be played yet. We will soon enter the really interesting section of the schedule. Now is the time for all good men (and women) to come to the aid of their Billies. -
That is a tough coaching decision to make. One would like to see the freshmen get PT; all three are very promising. But our offense has not exactly been running on all cylinders this year, including vs. Fordham. Our shooting has got to improve since we will go as far as the seniors take us. Plus it was nice that JJ got to the 1K club in front of a pretty good sized home crowd. Tough decision.

Barnett covered him part of the time.

I think Tanner Bronson is the normal chief traffic cop when it comes to the substitutions. -

C'mon back to this board often, JPur. We are tickled to have Mike. He's a tough lil' nut, a winner ! -
This. He ain't got a thing if he don't have one wing ….

I think the hawk is one of the little charms of the A-10. I actually enjoy the cheesy suit.

slu72, Butler can go suck on a persimmon, or as jimbofive says, plss up a rope. Creighton will get theirs next year.
-
How right you are willie. I really like our freshmen and enjoy watching them play but let's squeeze all the juice out of the orange this year.

Thanks, rgbilliken. That was a good listen.

Crews and our seniors agree that the Bonnies are always tough. We won't underestimate them. Brownindians speaks with forked tongue.

Basically, Crews is very happy with his defense. Says JB is much better at playing D than he was 2 years ago. It's easy for us to be critical when Jake gets beat from time to time, but if the coach is happy, I'm happy. -
What happened to the "Corral"?

That was a great show, informative and funny with Dakich on. Nice to hear JC's views on how to gain playing time, how difficult it is to play consistently good defense, how the staff stays in touch with our new recruits, how we don't take the Bonnies lightly. If you missed it, I'm sure you can catch a replay on 101.1 website. Listen to it; you will enjoy and learn a few things (like how JB continues to get playing time.) -

Great observations, Billikenswin, and thanks. I think I agree with everything you said. The coaching staff is doing a great job, even if some of us MBM don't understand the substitution patterns. The coaches know what they are doing. Next job : we fans have to pack the place vs. the Bonawelders, show our appreciation to the players and loudly help to defend our home court. Can't wait !
