+1 When Conk mentioned people getting back on the bandwagon I think he was refering to students. I hope that trend continues and average Joe sportsfan starts to help fill up the upper bowl. I don't know what to say anymore about the primo seats.

Yep, good natured boob is the appropriate description. Always glad to see the Bills games on local TV but it can be excruciating when he's doing the play -by-play. Important action will be happening while he's off on some irrelevant homespun tangent. I guess i can always hit the mute button or give in to the urge to head to Cracker Barrel and order up a mess o' biscuits and gravy. Anyway, I'm glad Remekun and Loe were able to make an appearance.

Yes ! The PA guy tonite was excellent; no corrections, straightforward and clear. A treat.

Student section was terrific tonight, an overflow; later arrivals were moved to upper deck behind the band. Attendance was just over 7000. Why aren't the primo navy blue seats being filled ? This ticks me off. It was good to meet 05 tonite; that young man is the king of the student section and I predict he will go far in life, maybe a Senator.

OK, I'm pumped. On my way to the Grand Shell station for my pregame hotdog and Coke. ( I live a wild life !) Gotta show my appreciation to the Bills during the shootaround. Let's be loud tonite.

Thanks. I retired in August so now I have the time to not only read the posts but to actually post from time to time. My name is Jim and I used to teach and coach. When I answered the phone in the coaches' office I would always say "(school name) Gym" ! A well-meaning but somewhat ditzy secretary on the line would ask "Is (school name") Marty there ? This became a running joke among the coaches. Seemed like a natural for a screenname and I was glad it was available. BTW, I've wondered, is your avatar the guy on "Parks and Recreation" ?

Thanks for the report, Bay Area. One of the treats of following this board is to get reliable "inside" or "behind the scenes" info. Now we need to get back to just winning and let the rankings, SOS, etc. take care of themselves.

I really like Barnett and I just hope he bides his time and continues to work hard with a great attitude. There will be a future role for him (scoring) and after all, he's only a sophomore.
