i used to be part of the crowd that suggested the more teams in the tourney for the A-10 the better. But that was when our team looked to be headed nowhere. NOw that this team looks to be headed somewhere ive become more of a "whatever happens to make SLU's chances better" fan. In this case Im cheering for Duquesne. I want that top 4 seeding so our boys can get a break and enjoy a semi-easy road to the semifinals of the conference tourney.

growing up in milwaukee with a great marquette teeam right down the street...i followed the team and their message board pretty closely. this thread Reminds me exactly of the 2-3-4 years before the CUSA split when people started tlaking about that conference being a major conference...continually better then some others. (CUSA had a few more Final 4 runs tho).

willie played solid IMHO. Does everyone forgot how he drove like he was kwamain then had a sick dish to SMIF for the dunk? that was my favorite play of the night (Besides st. bonnies passsing to their own coach). Then he had a block on the other end. i saw him getting physical and pounding his chest and screaming more then last 3-4 games so i was happy.

is richmond's arena on campus? and how is there attendance/student attendance? i imagine something resembling GW from wed.
