If one is willing to donate enough $$'s, they will get the best seat. Regardless of how many points they have or don't have.

What concessions is the AD going to make to reduce the dissension among the season ticket holders? Free parking, free beer? Something should be done to ease the pain and offset the cost difference for a ticket at the Savvis vs. Family Arena…

I am a season ticket holder and voiced my complaint about the change of venue and I was told, “Make sure I make an arena donation so this does not have to reoccur in the future.†I might not be so upset with the venue changes if I was still not seething about the mishaps that happen last year, such as changing dates/times without little notice, games starting earlier than published on the ticket, and having to know the secret door to enter/leave to get the promotional items. I said it before and I will say it again, it was unprofessional. If I performed so lackluster at my place of employment, such incidents might have happened once, but not repeatedly. As far as the PSL issue, the AD dances around the subject so gracefully. Reading between the lines, there will be PSL’s; however, the AD contends the point system will still be used as well. So, start saving the $$’s, it is coming! I will go, but I am not happy about it!

The season opener and one A-10 opponent will be hosted at the family arena.

Garcia being picked so late was somewhat surprising as well. Another year with the cards might have increased his stock and earning potential. P.S. is there anybody left of the UNC roster?

If Luke Meyer’s fan club is an indicator of what a local recruit brings to the table and gets fans in the seats; our attendance base will definitely increase this year. Not only did his fan club come out in huge numbers, they were loud and rowdy at times! Definitely an incentive to recruit the local kids…

Do not hold your breath... on Cheryl getting back to you. I did not get a response back when I emailed her. I may have had my complaints about Woolard, but when you emailed him with a legitimate complaint, you were guaranteed a response and most of the time it was a phone call to make sure the right message was received. Even if it was "there is nothing I can do, but please continue to support the Billikens."

St. Louis U. has a potential basketball recruit in town for an official visit this weekend: Vash-shon Newborne, a 6-7 forward from Natchez, Miss.

We read about the match up everywhere but www.slubillikens.com!! P.S. I may be a little salty because I have to put time aside on a Monday to get tickets like everyone else!

The agreement at the Family Arena just plain stinks. The people that have been paying the bills all season long have to wait in line and get their tickets like every other Joe. That is pitiful! You can't tell me that they could not have made some sort of an agreement, to get me the season ticket holder and Billiken Club member the best seat possible??? Bad business at the very least!!!

But for the love of pete... It would not take much effort to mention the bills! With all the babble, he could let the greater metropolitian area know... A. that there is a game the morning of and B. the freakin score the next day! Not asking that he devote a whole show, just when and the results and possibly he could say how much he enjoys the Billikens. Shoot, he is not shy on those topics when it comes to the Rams!

Probably the biggest complaint I have about Guy Phillips is that not once has he mentioned the Billikens on air. During Football season, both he and his cohorts discuss the Rams, tailgating, the game, how hung-over one may be after the game, etc... until I want to vomit! But do you think that in his endless talk in the morning, he has once mentioned the Billikens or a game or even the score.... not a chance! Wise up Phillips and mention the Billikens, SLU does help pay the bills!
