TheA_Bomb
8 min left in the half. Wow can we actually build a lead and sustain it........the streak may say otherwise but that has to end sometime right?

TheA_Bomb
I doomed the guy he just fouled someone and then gave up an offensive board.
thetorch
Husak got tired and gave up a bunch of o boards before JJ came in and held his own. We held of URI they went on a run but we came back and spurted at the end. Drejaj had a couple threes and a bucket and bruise, Meyer also had a 3 point play then Lisch on the final play made a great drive and kicked out to Brown for a 3 with 1 second left. BANG we are up by 13 at the half, 36-23. Lets end this streak.

TheA_Bomb
We should start working it inside to IV if possible.

TheA_Bomb
Do you hate this stupid "Honey Badger" nickname Ramsey has given Lisch as much as I do?
thetorch
I hate that too. Ramsey told Soderberg about on his show, Brad was like what the hell are you talkin about. Bills only up by 10. They get Ian back in the game.
SluSignGuy
I actually googled Honey Badger before it was mentioned in this thread.... I just don't get it. http://www.alsirhan.com/Animals/images/honey_badger_2.jpg
thetorch
I get it kind of. Honey badgers will get stung by bees a thousand times to get some honey. They are really more dumb than brave or tough.

pompeytir
Lmao... "And woe betide the male assailant! According to folklore (and backed up by some circumstantial evidence), the Ratel goes for the SCROTUM when it attacks large animals (bull Buffalo, Wildebeest, Waterbuck, Kudu, Man) that offered real or imagined provocation. In the Kruger Park, adult male Buffalo, Gnu and Waterbuck have been found dead from loss of blood after ratels attacked them in the scrotum. TheA_Bomb
We haven't won a game in convincing fashion in a while now. I guess it makes for exciting radio/tv but I want us to blow someone out.

TheA_Bomb
Every game left on the schedule is winnable. Toughest games are X at home, Charlotte away and LaSalle away. Defend the home court and beat the lesser teams on the road and we get a good seed to the tourney pick up at least two games at the conf. tourney and we are on the bubble. Billikenbooster
Don't underestimate Temple, now. We can't look too far ahead. We just snapped the streak ten minutes ago. Just work on X. They have a big game tomorrow vs GW. If things work out right we could be in some rare air, but just work on X. We have a loooong history with them and I would just LOVE to exorcise the ghosts of 'Take a Seat Pete' Gillen from the old Kiel and put an 0-2 woopin' on the little mice. What a complete team game tonite. Everyone participated, did some good things. Tommie's O was off, so he played great D. AD plays in front of his home folks from NJ and has the kind of bounce back game we were saying a few days ago. IV is on the bench in the 1st half, so the others play up and defend well. Can't argue with much these days. Life is grand! mhg
