MCMelton
Timmerman posted an update on STLToday a couple hours ago. http://www.stltoday.com/print/sports-section/slu-looks-to-tighten-defense-for-santa-clara/article_3f02567b-e316-553e-9d18-89a7662a1e7c.html Mitchell's cast came off Monday and he reportedly went directily into the pool for rehab work. The bone healed properly, and is on track for a mid- to late-December return. Not good news. Great news there. Remekun is still day-to-day with the knee issue, and Timmerman says Coach Crews told him the team is not in a rush to get Remekun back on the court. If CR doesn't play tomorrow against Santa Clara, that will pose some interesting matchups with the athletic Broncos lineup. slu72
All the stars aligned last year, as I can't recall any injuries like these two. Stay healthy Billikens. Also, JJ said he was exhausted but could go 40 minutes. This shouldn't be the case once KM returns, but it also means DC's development will have to come quicker. This also points out how JB just not being good enough is hurting us.
MusicCityBilliken
I love to see Kwamain ready for the New Mexico game but if its still risky let it go till January 10th when we start A10 play. Maybe a few minutes with Savannah State to kind ease into competitive play.
