ACE
I would be surprised if they gave us a home game. They'll try to make it easier for ND to advance. The clock problems at that place didn't help our cause either.

The Wiz
Majority, you are correct, however if Purdue wins it could come down to a bidding war as to who gets the game. We still have the edge because of the availability of the Fam Arena for the weekend plus a good crowd last night also helped.
Taj79
... Saint Louis will host the winner of Purdue/Notre Dame. i knowI heard that last night. Doug Gottleib, the color analyst I later saw on ESPN News, was waxing poetically about how Saint Louis was eagerly awaiting the winner of the game over on ESPN because it was leading to an in-state rivalry that wasn't played that much (Mizzou). After he said that, his partner, whose name escapes me at this point, corrected him and said that "Saint Louis would be hosting the winner of Purdue and Notre Dame in the second round." It is apparent from both statements that the decision is somewhat unfounded right now but we can chose to believe what we want. I also seem to recall that both the ND facility and the Purdue facility were unavailable. That's what I recall.

Taj79
I would expect once our opponent is determined all things will fall into place.
