courtside
If Majerus takes the job, do gift certificates at SLU games change from Chevys to Kemoll's?
bluecrewfinance
Imo's?
courtside
Perhaps Bonwich can do another article on Provel cheese? Any pizza is good pizza....but I try to say no to provel when I can.
bluecrewfinance
I'm from Chicago, and after four years, am finally learning to like a little bit of the provel - BUT ONLY FROM IMO'S. So if RM, does appear, I'd be glad to take him out for a pie...or two.
slu72 fan
I think the point may be moot. RM's team played a lot of low scoring games. We'll need Tucci to lower the points to 50 or over.
bonwich
Provel is the glue that binds the St. Louis dining community.
brianstl
With his love for the place. I am sure it was one of his bullet points.
GOSLU68
when Imo's first appeared on Brentwood; I thought this is great pizza for St. Louis-I was used to tony's on state street in E. St. Louis and Missouri pizza did not measure up-Parente's was okay if you liked thin pizza-when IMO's switched to Provel-I think it had a skim milk base and they lost me. I've been back a couple of times in 20 years but it is not as good as IMO's original-it became budget pizza like the cardboard pizza from 'Tom Monaghan of Detroit-there is a new plade in Soulard starts with an F something like Ferraro's has delivered pizza and it may be our best choice in the city-I am interested if any one has any other suggestions but won't drive too far into the county for anything- wouldn't it be great if RM lived someplace closs to SLu like Charlie did in his condo in the CWE. RM might take a loft on Washington Ave or on Forest Park-I wonder if Charlie still owns his it was walking distance to 5 restaurants even for someone in RM's shape. I hope he hires Charlies son Jay as an assistant
huzzah
You might want to try Deweys on North and South Rd just south of Delmar. The place does a lot of business, so call ahead or go off peak.
courtside
SLU should set something up with La Pizza in U.City....best pizza in town.
