  1. You are all talking like putting Gillman in was a good choice
  2. Psmitis over Gillman. Is Ford playing 4D chess by putting Gillman in when he shouldn't so Gillman realizes he can't perform at this level?
  3. Is that a money thing? Are they expected to be watching the game with staff on campus? Just curious how that works
  4. It looks like we didn't travel the transfers or are they somewhere else
  5. Get Reggie out. He is not Ethan Happ
  6. I know I saw that, but it doesn't mean he can't change his mind. He seems like a guy who might wait awhile his senior year to make a decision
  7. First off Tatum is young and the best freshmen on the most talented roster right now from the most talented recruiting class. He is a lock on for first round. Anyways Its been a week of upsets and Duke might be looking at their next loss against Wake
  8. What is the SLU record for shooting streak to start a game?
  9. I'm pretty sure Ford sold SLU to Gordan that he will be the start of team and the city, compared to just another top player elsewhere
  10. What are the chances Gordan can convince Ramey to play for SLU? They seemed like buds on the court
  11. This stream is crazy better than the A10 network's stream
  12. I guess if you put yourself is Zeke shoes its different to understand. Ford lost a lot of players when he was hired due to them understanding their future was going to be muddled or Ford ran them off. Zeke was not Ford's recruit, not performing well enough to start on a kenpom 300 team, and 7 Ford recruits are coming in next year that can replace him. He doesn't have pt now, he wont get it in the future and he knows it. Now the choice for him is to stay on and ride the bench on a winning team and stay on a winning program, or leave for the chance someone else takes him. Due to his poor performance this year and recent injury he will be a hard sell unless a team is in dire need. He might end up choosing to ride the bench
  13. Thats the problem when you're teams consist of almost all top 20 guys of their recruiting classes, they all look at each other as competition for the NBA and want to pat their scores rather than play as a team since they're on this mindset of playing like an unpaid internship before they make millions in the league
  14. I have no idea either since it is a video of another player dunking in practice

  18. I really feel for Hines, kid is playing more and performing better than most on the team right now and he doesn't have a scholarship. I hope the kid doesn't get tremendous debt. I hope SLU gives him every academic scholarship they can
  19. I would like to take back what I said about some of the freshmen. I just watched a short doc on Frank Kaminsky and it shows how the guy was a nobody until a few games in his junior year when he broke the school record out of nowhere and then was competing for player of the year. Sometimes it just takes people to click. For Frank, it was confidence they said, and once he had that he was unstoppable
  20. Also I might add when NBA gets brought up a lot of scouts look towards a player's ability to improve in the NBA and not really if they are NBA ready right away. They want to get young players early which is why age gets brought up in drafting a lot. On the topic, is Tatum looking to be a one and done? Might seem like an obvious yes but his injury might have set him back for a future injury in the eyes of a scout
  21. So I have no idea why I am I am getting torn apart for saying he needs to go. See if this was next year, and he was a bench freshmen and we were killing it in the season and winning games... fine. But we are getting probably one of the worst seasons in SLU history and he hasnt proved he can play on this team. What use will we have when we start bringing in McDonalds all americans with Gordan next year and who knows what crazy recruits we might get.
  22. On such a horrible team with very untalented players, if you aren't even good enough to play on that team why do we want them. I don't understand this need to keep trash players
