Sorry when I said big year I meant a lot of open spots

Mark Smith picked up some big schools. Cal, Butler, Northwestern, Illinois, Nebraska, K-State. Unfortunately he does not want to go to SLU. I know we can absolutely turn around our image in the next year, Is 2019 going to be the big year for Recruiting?

Maybe I am a dreamer, but if the stadium is built near the union station, hopefully union station improves heavily since its really not much at all for a big city. Also maybe in the picture then if there becomes a Chicago fire rivalry we could see a high speed rail into the city from Chicago to Stl in the next 10 years which could be great for shopping and sports

If people were confused by my previous post, the MLS stadium near slu was not really considered because it wasn't considered "downtown enough". With the huge new projects around that area being built I was wondering if they gave it another shot looking to the future

I am sorry if this is a stupid question but with the new Ikea effect on SLU and the new Armory project, will people start to view Downtown differently? Would these new projects connect to expand what is perceived as the heart of the city, especially if that new MLS stadium is built near SLU? Also I heard from the former property owner at Diabolitos and its going to turn into new parking and dorms for SLU, and Humps is not going to be a bar again as of now. Thats the word. Also extremely unfortunate that the properties near the shack haven't turned into anything, it could be great for SLU and honestly looks bad if property is abandoned right next to campus

Seriously? Man when you see Traci Carter play for La Salle next year I don't think you'll be talking smack. And we already have Ty Graves who is almost identical. I think maybe a pg for 2018. Also With the new rumors on Watson I won't be surprised. We could be leaning to a 3 guard rotation with players taking turns at point. Ty of course seems to be the main guy with Bishop though next year. Goodwin seems like the guy you want your go to pass to on a fast break, more than dishing the ball. My opinion.

If you look at the season as a whole it doesn't look like it, but Ford is definitely doing well on the X and O's with what he has

Do you not see the players we have next year and the year after? Maybe you're too used to the past 3 years

Playing time wise, still might be better for him to look towards a less stacked team, but he could be a great bench guy if he improves
