They don't have escorts to protect them. They are suspects in a sexual assault so the escorts are to protect women from them. I know it sounds crazy.

Is that a good reason to not do what is right? Four young men's lives are being destroyed. Somebody in power needs to stand up and say enough is enough.

I hope Travis holds a press conference after the final decision is made and criticizes the results and the process. I think current and future players would really appreciate him standing up for them. It might put his job in jeopardy but sometimes you just have to do what is right and take a stand.

Would Verge be able to transfer in next year and play immediately or does he have to finish both years? I know he also has grade issues.

The Duke LaCrosse case really starting changing after one of the players had a press conference and pointed out what was really going on. He was a very well spoken and confident young man. If the appeal goes bad I hope the players have a press conference and expose the whole process. That might make it a national issue.

He also said Catholic schools are the toughest to deal with.

I just talked to someone from Matt's office. They are in touch with the player's attorney to see if they can help out. He did say the farther you are in the process the harder it gets to fix. The only option becomes to sue and this becomes very expensive very fast.

Johnsons issues are when he is guarding the ball. Players drive right by him because of his lack of foot speed. DJ has quick feet so he doesn't have this issue. Johnson also needs to develop his right hand. He always goes left. I don't remember him ever scoring with his right hand.

I wonder if/when the other 3 players appeal if they will be back at practice?

3 have not been allowed to play all year by the school. One has been allowed to play. Rosenblum did not make these decisions. What Stu is saying is correct.

The more I think about what happened here the more frustrated I get. I have a daughter in college and if she participated in something like this I would expect her to take personal responsibility for her actions. Not destroy the reputation of the boys because she regretted her actions. I have son who is getting ready to go to college. I am really concerned about him being falsely accused of some type of sexual incident on a college campus. The male is automatically guilty and has his reputation destroyed. I sent Pestallo an email and let him know he was considering going to SLU but I wouldn't let him within miles of the SLU campus. Something needs to be done to help the 4 out and stop what is happening to males on college campuses. I don't know what it is but I do know nothing will change if we don't have our voices heard.
