I usually give mine away too! ...I possibly will have 2 tickets in the Heavens for tomorrows game. I am going on a road trip to Chicago tomorrow and I am not sure I will be back in time to make it to the game. Anyone go to the Good Pie tonight? I walked by, it didnt look as busy as it was down the street in the Pappy's vicinity. Also, I was wondering what happened in or around the Compton Garage area. The rescue squad made a wrong turn and was delayed by traffic. It looked like quite a large crowd had gathered and people were climbing over the fence to leave. As I drove my daughter back to her dorm, we saw about 5 or 6 DPS officers all running in the same direction and there was a lot of police circling. The rescue squad was still there when I headed back that way to head home. Great student participation tonight! It was a heartbreaking loss and we should have owned that game. My heart sank everytime her went to the line!

My oldest daughter and I are thinking about making the trip..waiting to see what happens this week.

I just saw a report on the news about the game. The arena looked to be empty! Kind of sad...

It was great to see the students at the game again and showing some love and cheering the team on! People were actually staying until the end of the game! Let's go Bills!

They are already separated into Cheer and dance squads. It was done earlier this year. If you notice-not everyone dances.

Just clarifying that the girls get NO Where close to $$2000. Last year the girls didn't even receive their allotment until close to April. It only came after several requests and letters written to Admin. in our case. Hopefully this year will be better with the payouts.

What happened to the other walk on from last year. I think his name was Johnathon Parker? I believe he also ran track, but I could be wrong.

Oh no, I wrote....although I am not expecting a reply!

My group of 5 decided to sit in the student section after we arrived and 10 minutes before the game the seats were still empty. We made our way to the section and we were stopped by the security agent assigned to the area. He was checking tickets. He said we couldn't sit there, that our tickets were not general admission student tickets and that we must sit in our assigned seats. After much discussion , and flashing out Billiken apparell, I said to him "my tickets in my hand are premium tickets, given to me from the coaching staff and although they were wonderful tickets, we were willing to sit in the student section, since in was empty and the game was about to start". The man reluctantly let us in mumbling something about he's gonna loose his job... About 1/2 hour later 2 more people in our party arrived. They also were not allowed to the student section. I had to go out to the security guard and tell him they they were Billiken Fans and with our group. He allowed them in the section. After the game, I thanked the security guard for allowing us to sit and fill a row of the student section. He apologized and was very friendly. It's not every game I try and sit in this section and act like I am 20 again, just the last 2 games after the "Billiken take-over" happened. Now, on to the rest of my post game experience! As people were leaving the building, a security guard started hollering to everyone that we must leave the building. She was very rude, it was more like she was saying, "you need to get out of here"! Many Parents of Basketball Players, The Band and Cheer/dance Parents were waiting near the Fan Shop. In no way was it overcrowded or in no way were we all doing something different that we have ALL done since last season. Waiting quietly for our student to come out. This woman security guard continued to yell and insist that everyone leave (maybe 30 people)or so, all went into the fan shop. The woman stood out in the corridor and shouted in at us while we were in the store "yes! That's right, I am still here". When we walked out of the shop I went to her and asked her name, she shook her and head and said" my name is........." I asked to see her ID Badge and she forcefully opened up her jacket for me to see, stating that "she didn't care if I complained or not". I am pretty sure that I am not the only one who will complain! The woman clearly does not need to be working with the public. She not only upset alot of parents but some fans that were caught in the crossfire. Maybe she was just having a bad day! But damn lady, take a chill pill! You were out of line! Go Bills!

Most of the Billikids WERE FB friends with him last year. It looks like they "un-friended" their coach, possibly because of privacy issues (?) Honestly I am surprised Ruben is still "friends" with him but Ruben collects friends, so he probably doesn't even realize they are still friends because he has so many.

No...they are friends. Ruben was one of his first FB friends when Rick got his. You guys are unbelievable.

He doesn't get on it very often. when he does he has a long list of "new friends". He only has 231 "friends".... Look to become a "fan of Willie Reeds" OR SLU Billikens group(he just joined them) and you can find him probably, unless he has his profile set so that you can't find him.
