I think it is a HUGE issue... instead of PE some schools name it "Health Management" or whatever... wouldn't Kalen Grimes @ MU have been the perfect guy for last year's team? He is studying to be a personal trainer. If you can find a few guys like that for depth, it is a "whole new..."

I think she will leave sometime before end of this year unless she has a strong family issue or something... (kid in school? I do not know..), she has to be fed up with this nonsense and she is very marketable.

I wouldn't say 0%, maybe we had a chance this time, Eberhardt or somebody could have put us in a postion for NCAA if KL and TL stayed healthy... but we'll never know. Sometimes, no move is the best move, and always better than a clumsy, hamb fisted, inept one.

I cannot see us being very happy about whoever they wind up hiring. If they have nobody lined up for, say, a Friday announcement then they are incompetent fools. Chance for the JUCCO recruits we were after are less than 5% for any of them... RE: coach, same issues (A-10, no PE, no NCAA tradition, etc.) PLUS now there is the issue of the pathetic way this was handled and that our AD does not have control or is even lame duck. What coach wants to jump in the middle of Biondi's mess? Other than the new facility, we are missing on 7 of 8 cylinders. I hope I am wrong and they have someone strong waiting in the wings, but I do not think so. Looks like a collasol, massive, immense blunder. I think he was about as good as it gets for SLU. Brad had integrity, dignity, sportsmanship, class and worked hard, thrived on the game. Did very well with the cards he was dealt. Again, who can recruit an OUT OF THE METRO AREA player to come here when they can go to a legit BCS conference? Unless a miracle happens, we will say the same about Brad's successor. Romar gets McDonald All Americans now, who did he get while at SLU? Occasionally, we can get a good local player to stay here, that is it. Things will get a little better with the new facility. I was disappointed a few times that SLU didn't adjust at all (GW game, etc) but who knows? Was it him or did the kids just not execute? I am not saying he is great, just that he is as good as we're going to get in the long run. And we had some continuity, this is a disruption, if AD and Biondi do not have a STRONG immediate replacement then they are incompetent fools. If Lisch wasn't out a few games and hadn't played several other games with a bad hand....

I hope I am wrong but I sure haven't seen any good ones that have a viable option to play Big-10, Big-12, SEC, etc, choose to come to SLU, especially JUCO's... it comes down to "luck", what is the kid thinking... this is the year we need to get lucky and land two quality frontliners.

I think you are right, he looks like the best "muscle" of the group...that is what we need to most IMO. Appears he is a player, too, can score... so from what we know he might be #1 guy to get.
